So here it is, my second motorcycle... and what a fine upgrade it is! Shortly after smoking the engine on my Ninja 250 (i.e. just days later), I cruised the local bike shops on a friend's CBR600 F4i. I checked out all the latest 600cc sportbikes. Some didn't fit my 6'3" frame, and others just didn't impress me all that much. Meanwhile, I was cruising the town on a bike that seemed just right! Smooth, powerful, and carrying a reputation for reliability, much like most Hondas, whether they have two wheels or four. So it didn't take long before I was making offers on brand new CBR 600 F4i models. In early May of 2003, my beautiful red and black F4i came home! Three years later, with 40,000 miles on the odometer, I've had nothing but fun on this machine. No problems, no worries. What a classy bike!
